Does it work with my current thermal printer?
Yes. Conduit prints on any 58mm or 80mm thermal printer connected via Bluetooth or USB. The Sunmi K2 already integrates everything in one device. If you have a standalone printer (Star, Epson, or generic), it is also compatible.

Can I migrate my current catalog?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file with your products, prices, categories, and photos. The team cleans it and loads it onto the platform. If your current system exports via API, we also perform direct integration. Typical time: 1 hour for 200 products, 3 hours for 500 or more.

What if SAT changes the FEL requirements?
The update is performed without action from the client. The Infile connection is maintained on Conduit side. If SAT publishes new requirements, we implement them before the cutoff date. Your operation continues uninterrupted.

What happens if the internet goes down?
Conduit stores the sale locally and syncs when the connection returns. The FEL invoice cannot be issued without Infile connection (this is a SAT requirement, not Conduit), but the charge is recorded and certification is processed automatically when the line returns.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No commitment contract. Cancellation is processed via WhatsApp. We export all your information (invoices, products, sales, customers) in CSV or Excel. No data retention.

Who handles support?
The team handles support directly, no outsourced calls. We operate Julia Bakery as a pilot client — we know exactly what it means to close the day at 11 PM. Direct WhatsApp, 7am to 8pm, business days.
